I have: An incredibly well-mannered, small service dog. I'm an artist so would like a place with indoor or outdoor space to make art. Happy to make art with others. I have a gazebo I can bring to make an outdoor space if needed.
I prefer: Unfurnished room. My own bathroom. A place with outdoors. I have a few things I would like to bring for the common room. Ability to have a small storage for my art supplies, etc. Nothing huge. Do not like excessive heat, so somewhere cooler is best. It would be fabulous if the place has/has access to a hot tub/jacuzzi.
Me: Very easy going. Steady income. Two kids in their 20s visit to barbeque etc. sometimes. Not a partier, don't play loud music. I'm not a drinker, but I'm not sober either so I'm not looking for a sober living situation.
