Looking To End Long Weekday Commute

I do not smoke, drink, vape, party, or have any loud hobbies. I have owned my home for over a decade, but now working at a new location, and would rather rent a room than commute. I likely will only be there 4 nights a week, but that will depend upon my schedule, and any plans. I have No pets, children or crazy exes. (although I am ok if you have normal pets) private bath preferred, but not required. not a big foodie, so kitchen needs would be minimal, or I could just get a small fridge for the room. WiFi is a plus. So is off street parking. Doubtful I would need to do any laundry, but not impossible.
