My fiancée (31M) & myself (28F) are saving for an RV to use for traveling! We're looking to downsize by rooming in a shared homes for $800 monthly MAX. Wifi is definitely needed as I work from home. He bartends in Dallas. We have a 4 year old chihuahua named Cookie who is trained & my certified service animal that would be staying in our room.
