Hi! I'm Grace, 23, software engineer, Cal '25 grad. Current lease ends end of May, looking to move June 1, flexible by a week or two, but could possibly push it.

I'm pretty low-key and introverted friendly, I keep my room and shared spaces clean. It’d be great to grab dinner or go out sometimes, but I’m also happy to do my own thing. Non-smoker, non-drinker, no pets.

Budget: ideally ~$2,000 total or even less, but willing to go up to $2,500 for the perfect scenario.

Must-have: I have a car, so a parking spot (or reliable street parking) is essential.

Please not near Tenderloin, Civic Center, or SoMa.
