Full Time Student//Professional Seeking Roommates

Hello!

Hello! I am 32F, looking for a room. My budget is max $1200, but if I can snag it for less, I mean, of course! You would need to be open to a potential pet, I would like to adopt a cat in the future, but in the short term, I’m focused on schooling.

I am currently a full time student, maintaining a 3.98 GPA studying psychology, slated for 5 classes this semester while also working a full time schedule between 2 jobs.

My work is primarily with young children. I work in a preschool, which already requires background checks//fingerprints in order for clearance.

I am very focused on my studies and value cleanliness, privacy, and quiet—and do not bring guests over. I am passionate about videogames and clothes, so closet space or ample room for an armoire is a must!

I consider myself to be a warm person, introverted, and I believe in bringing joy into my life and feel protective of the home.

I enjoy spaces with large windows and plenty of sunlight, and do like to decorate with color. I like to think I’ve an eye for aesthetics, coziness is a must!

I don’t smoke tobacco!
