Room wanted in Colorado Springs

Grace (24) and Kate (19) are looking for a roommate for their three bedroom, one bath, 1890s carriage house with 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and outdoor garden and patio space. Parking is right out front and the cost is included in rent. There is a washer and dryer in the main house outside the carriage house. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished (bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining room). The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a shower/tub combo. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, and sink. We have a very friendly cat named Leo.

Grace is a high school English teacher who loves thrifting, reading, and sewing. Kate is a server at a restaurant who loves cooking, crocheting, and her cat, Leo. We like to keep our space clean and divide chores equally. We are both non-smokers (including weed) and don’t allow smoking indoors (though outside is fine). Grace is an earlier riser and Kate is a night owl (though a very quiet one). We are somewhat social (we have a Thursday night DND group that meets here) but also both fairly introverted so there’s usually not people over. We love our apartment and are excited to have you join us.
