I am a male student, with two jobs, aged 19. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $600/month. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 18 and 30 years old. I can absolutely negotiate rent prices. Am willing to clean, assist with maintenance, take care of pets.
