Hello, my boyfriend and I are looking to rent a room/apt/studio for maximum of 1000! We are 28yrs and 27yrs. Currently in east county and prefer it here, but open to relocating. Only in san diego. We have a trained and clean kitty who has not caused any problems whatsover anywhere! We are both responsible , respectful and quiet. We can provide references as well.
