Looking for Room or Studio

Hey guys, I’m Christian. Currently looking for a room in a shared apartment—or a studio—for an April 1st move-in. I live in Elmhurst now and would love to stay close by, say Astoria, LIC, Woodside, Sunnyside, Forrest Hills or surrounding areas in Queens. It’s a perfect midpoint for me: I work in Midtown and commute into the office three times a week. My family is also based in Queens and I stay with them overnight sometimes.

A bit about me: I’m single, Latino, bilingual (Spanish + English), and I work full-time in the travel industry. I’d describe myself as easygoing and respectful. I get along well with roommates and am happy to be social, but I also value quiet time and giving people their space. I’m clean without being a clean freak and will always clean up after myself to keep shared spaces tidy.

I don’t cook much at all, so I won’t hog the kitchen. I started commuting on my Scooter last summer and I love it so much honestly (best way to travel in NYC, if you ask me), so I’d need a building or unit that’s okay with me bringing it in and out—ideally not too many stairs if there’s no elevator .

I’d prefer a room that has some natural light for my plants. I’d love to live somewhere that feels like a home—a chill, respectful environment with someone who feels similarly. Must be LGBTQ-friendly. Would love if we were both aiming for good vibes.
