Looking to rent a room

Hi my name is Tanisha. Iam age 51 Iam disabled. I have no children and iam unmarried. Please no soliciting. I have an emotional support cat (with legal paperwork)and iam looking for a room to rent. Iam quiet, I pay my rent on time I stay to myself. My hobbies are attending church and walking in my walk club weekly I love to read. Iam looking for average size room with a on-site washer/dryer and air conditioner. I prefer individuals who prioritize honesty, integrity and mutual respect. I have a ten year old male cat who's vaccinated and fixed he is quiet and clean and is a service animal that is essentially important to my disability and limitations I do have paperwork to show for that. I do require my landlord to report rent to all three credit bureaus, my rent is currently being reported to all three credit bureaus, I pay through a bank account no cash, I require a recite for rent. I keep my space very clean because I have a pet. Iam physically active but I have chronic pain I do use medical equipment to get around.
