Room for rent

Hello,

I am very interested in renting a room in a home with females only. September or no later than October 2025. Currently, where I rent it is mandatory to give a 60 days written notice before I move to avoid being penalized.

1. I am seeking a safe, quiet place to live with a lease. I am willing to pay up to $850 p/m (negotiable), including utilities, a bedroom and private or a shared bathroom.
2. I am a clean individual and I keep my surroundings clean. I am seeking to share with mature female(s) ages 35 to 75, who have similar interests. For example: respectful, humorous, a peaceful environment, a calm personality, honest communication, physically and mentally healthy.
3. Respectfully, I mind my own business and I do not gossip about the house business. I do enjoy conversations, but I appreciate my quiet time and will respect yours. I am not a smoker of anything and I do not drink alcohol (liquor). I am mentally and physically healthy. NO drama and NO revolving doors of “visitors.”
4. I am hoping to share with someone who understands that we are helping one another to live better by reducing our current cost of living while building our financial savings during these changing and challenging times. Also, I was once a homeowner; therefore, I understand and will respect your property. Communication is key.
5. My former employer of 31 years, per Corporate’s Early Retirement Plan (ERP, age 55+), said “goodbye” to many of us. I am thankful that I was able to continue to work as an Educator at magnet and public high schools. My work history: business, healthcare, medical and a teacher. I have a master’s degree in public health.
