Seeking a room starting July 1st

Hi there. Professional actor/producer seeking a room for a July 1st move-in.

I'm very easy-going, clean, and considerate. I'm a big rule follower, and a bit of an introvert (though by no means anti-social), so I'd appreciate finding a room with folks who share those values.

I work from home mostly (in my room), though I often find myself going out to cafes or shared work spaces when I inevitably get distracted :) On weekends I'm almost always out and about (movies, museums, parks, sports, etc.).
