Looking for a Room for Me and My 7-Year-Old Son

I’m a French single gay dad looking for a private room for myself and my wonderful 7-year-old son in a shared home.

My son was born in San Diego, CA, through surrogacy, and we recently relocated to the Bay Area. He’s a happy, well-behaved kid, used to shared living and respectful of other people’s space.

We’re both friendly, considerate, clean and easy-going. We’re non-smokers, have no pets, and value privacy, mutual respect and open communication.

I’m ideally looking for an unfurnished room, but I’m open to furnished options as well. I already have some furniture, including a single-size loft bed for my son, so we can settle in fairly easily. Room size is not a major concern.

Professionally, I’m launching a high-end French pastry production business in the Bay Area, so I’ll be spending a good amount of time working outside the home.

In our free time, we enjoy cycling, hiking and other outdoor activities. I also love cooking and baking.

We’re simply looking for a clean, comfortable and peaceful place to call home, with respectful and nice people.
