Looking for a kid friendly place

Non smoker, drama free and easy going single gay dad, recently relocated from France with my 7 yo son who was born in San Diego, CA through surrogacy.
He is absolutly wonderful, well behaved and used to shared places and respecting roomates.

So far, we've mostly been staying at some friends and Airbnb shared houses. Now, it's time to make the accommodation more stable before enrolling him at school. So, we look for a place to call home. We are both friendly and considerate. We value cleanliness, privacy, respect and open communication.

Depending on how the room will be offered, I have my own fournitures like loft bed, dresser and stuff, if necessary. We are already used to rooms as small as 8 x 10, so the room size will not be an affair.

We love outdoor activities like cycling, hiking and so on. I also like cooking and baking.
A little bit about myself, I holf a master's degree in sciences and have worked in many fields. I plan to work out of home as soon as we'll be all set and my kid is enrolled at school.

All we expect is a clean place with nice people and good vibes 😉
