Anybody looking to move into a townhouse? 38 Male

hello, my names david. my current room mate got injured and cannot work.

so i am looking to fill his spot so i can continue living in this amazing townhouse im currently occupying.

its the smaller but better of the two rooms (yah my room has a sliding door without a balcony, but its REALLY hot in the summer and REALLY cold in the winter. but we can swap (you dont want to swap) i should have swapped, but i wouldnt want to put this on anybody.

other than that, the house is great. small kitchen, 1 and a half baths. living/dining room are decent.

apartment is mostly furnished, current room mate is going to live with family cause he is not doing well. so most of his stuff is staying here, so we can toss it or you can use your own stuff.

we have a little patio and privacy fences. at least our direct neighbors are chill, one side has a big jovial family the other side works third shift.
