Room wanted near West Hollywood

Hey there! I’m looking for a room for rent, as I’ll be moving from Orlando Florida in September. Preferably in a house or somewhere with a yard for my cat since he doesn’t use a litter box. Also I like to sit outside.

I work in a restaurant so I’m out of the house from noon to midnight most days. In unit washer and dryer would be nice but not a huge deal if not. On my days off I like to get out in nature, go shopping, tidy up the house and catch up with friends.
