Individual that can keep to himself but gets ...

Individual that can keep to himself but gets along well with everyone. Looking for a clean and respectful environment to where I don’t have to clean up after someone. I am either working out or at work, if I am home it’s usually cooking then trying to get rest. I wake up early to the gym.

I would occasionally like to be able to invite friends over just for a few hours. Maybe once or twice a month, not a dealbreaker though.

A little bit about me:
I’ve lived in Vegas on and off for 15 years. I love to work out and enjoy any hobby that includes being active. I’ve been snowboarding a lot recently and usually go every weekend. I love to watch hockey and UFC! I am also pretty routine with what I do especially when it comes to my day to day.
