32 y/o professional ISO roommate

Hi! I’m a single professional female in my early 30s looking for a roommate to apartment hunt with (or a room in a shared apartment). Ideally, I’d love a long-term (12-month) lease if the space and vibe are right, but I’m open to shorter-term arrangements as well.

I’m a nurse practitioner with a flexible schedule, working in-office in Flatiron. I’ve been back and forth between NYC and NJ since 2015 and am now looking to settle back in Manhattan.

In my free time, you’ll find me at yoga, working out, meeting friends around the city, or visiting my nieces in NJ. I keep a car in the city and spend a lot of summer weekends at my family’s place at the Jersey Shore.

I value a clean, uncluttered home and typically have a cleaning service every two weeks—happy to share that expense or work out another arrangement for household upkeep.

A few musts: sunlight in my bedroom, no cats, dishwasher & laundry in building, private bath preferred!

I share partial custody of a hypoallergenic, well-trained Lagotto Romagnolo (Italian water dog). She’s clean, quiet, and frequently comes to work with me. While it would mean a lot to have a home open to her part-time, it’s not a dealbreaker—I can make other arrangements if needed.

I’m easygoing—happy to do my own thing or make a new friend. I really value clear and upfront communication to keep things smooth at home.
