Hi I am looking for a furnished sublet studio/1bed or a room (with private bathroom if possible) for about 2 months or longer around Lower East Side, East Village, Gramercy Park, Murray Hill, Greenwich Village, West Village, Chelsea, Midtown, Hells Kitchen, UES, UWS and preferably not beyond 100th street. I sometimes work from home so having a work table and chair in the room would be great. Budget is upto $2500 for a room in a shared house or around $3000 if it’s a studio or 1 bed, and can be flexible depending on the place. I am clean, respectful, non-smoker and have OCD (though not extreme) so you can be assured the place is taken care of. Thanks!
