Room Wanted: Temporary Sublet (central LA)

Hi there! I’m looking for a room to rent in a shared house for 3-12 months as I transition into the next chapter of my life. Ideally, it would be a furnished sublet with friendly housemates. Bonus points if there's a hot tub! August 1 is ideal but could start sooner. Location can be anywhere between Culver, downtown, and Hollywood.

A bit about me: I’m 39, a professional product manager (in-between jobs currently), and also work part-time at the Hollywood Bowl and as a server at a restaurant to get by for now. I’m social, friendly, and respectful of shared spaces. I stay busy with work and a full social life, but I also enjoy a comfortable home base. In my free time, I’m into the beach, snowboarding, camping, good food, coffee, tequila, and live music. I enjoy cooking at home.
