Room wanted in the East Valley

Who I am - I am a professional single (Never Married) 48 year old male. I work overnights Monday - Friday at a Behavioral Health Recovery facility. I have 0 children and 0 pets. I have 1 vehicle that I would need parking for. I am a friendly, quiet and reserved individual. What I am looking for - All I am looking for is a quiet room to rent were I will be able to sleep undisturbed during the day as I work nights and a safe place to park my vehicle. I do not have friends or family members over ever. I do not have a family of my own ,or even a girlfriend right now, so having people over is not something I’m interested in having accommodated or something that you need to worry about. I spend about every other weekend, if not more, over at my mom’s house helping my elderly mother. I’m not interested in partying or socializing in extreme manners. I am looking for a room in a house with other professional males or females who share the same lifestyle. Honestly the quieter the better. I’m very laid back and I understand “the renting a room mentality” so I get that an acceptable amount of noise is normal, I’m just not looking for anything extreme. I do smoke cigarettes, but obviously never in the house, so finding a place with a backyard that allows smoking would be ideal. That is my only caveat. Other than that, honestly you wouldn’t even know I was there.
