Looking for a Room or Space to call home

Hi, I am looking for a room to rent in Los Angeles . I receive SSI every month and my hubby helps me out with the rest so I can not go over my budget. I moved to LA because I love the city and prefer to live in the city then in the country. I will tell you that I do own a house with my husband in Burns Oregon. I was there for a little over 13 years. The house was a rent to own and we paid it off in September of 2021. He is taking care of the house while I live my dream of living here in the Los Angeles.
I am currently staying with a friend for temporary while I get back up on my feet. I am only staying till at my friends till January for I am needing time to save for a deposit and any fees.
I am clean and quiet. I like to socialize but also like to have that time by myself. I am a night person but don't let that scare you. I am very quiet if need be. I go by whatever the vibe of the household is. If you want a quiet roommate I am, if you want a social party going roommate I can be that too. I am easy going and always have good intentions and am kind and caring. I just need a place to call home while living in LA. I quit smoking cigarettes about 3 years ago and happy that I did.
I really am looking for a place to call home while living here in LA for the next 10 or 15 years. I plan on getting a vendor's license so I can sell my art on the Blvd and I have other goals to achieve while at the same time having fun and just enjoying my time with this wonderful thing called life.
