Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable room in Manhattan or nearby areas with easy transportation. I work full-time, and I’m a calm, tidy, and respectful person.

I also love cooking, so having easy access to the kitchen would be great. After long and busy days in the city, I appreciate coming home to a peaceful space where I can relax and recharge.

Ideally, I’d like to live with someone who also works during the day or isn’t home much — just someone who values cleanliness and quiet like I do.

I’m hoping to find a place with reasonable rent that includes utilities (or at least easy utility setup) — I’m open to suggestions within a budget-friendly range.

No noise, no pets, smoking, or substances please. I completely respect everyone’s lifestyle, but I’m simply looking for a calm and clean home environment.
