Spiritual female seeks quiet, private room & bath.

I am a responsible, introverted (INTJ), single, middle-aged, creative services independent contractor professional female looking for a private room preferably with a private bath. I am flexible with the move-in date around mid-June on a month-to-month basis (prefer utils included).

And due to me being a single woman, I'd prefer to share with another single, independent, responsible professional adult who mutually respects privacy, peace & quiet---ideally between 30 and 60 years old. And appreciating a peaceful quiet abode, I mean no offense, but I'd prefer not living with multiple people, nor couples, nor families with several children.
