Hi! I’m a 32 year old lesbian female looking for a room to move into starting April 1. I’m honestly open to many different options. I just got free of a horrible relationship so I’m prioritizing safety and comfort. My ideal place would have some sort of outdoor space for my dogs and have an ocean view or be within walking distance of the ocean. I’m not positive where I want to live, so I’m open to a short term or month-to-month rental while I figure out my next steps. Or if the place is awesome, I’d love to stay and sign a yearly lease!

I have 3 small dogs who don’t take up much space (they’re used to living in small apartments) and are extremely well behaved (can provide references from other people we’ve rented from!) and love people.

I’m very clean (but not a clean freak) and would love to be friends with my roommates! I work from home and love baking, reading, crafts, and watching TV (I love a lot of different shows but TLC is my guilty pleasure)
