Flexible Studio/Sublet for School Year

Hi there! I’m a professional who is new(ish) to Philly and looking for a comfortable, safe place to stay. I work in higher education at a university. I’m especially interested in flexible arrangements, with a preference for month to month leases or sublets, but I’m also open to other options for the right fit :)

I’d love a studio apartment or sublet though I’d also be happy to join a roommate situation if it feels right. I’m a book nerd, a good communicator, and a world traveler.
