Housing crisis, need urgent help!!!

Hello, this is Richard with an update of my desperate situation: I qualified for SSI/SSDI over two months ago and can now afford to pay roomshare rent by normal, conventional means (cash, NOT by the exchange for at-home services I had proposed in a previous SpareRoom posting), provided it is as far below $1000/month as possible (in the $500-$700 range if possible). 

My current roomshare landlady of more than six years needs me to leave on/by 8/20 due to wanting short-term tenants who can pay the above-$1000 rent she needs to keep up with her rising expenses. She will take legal action if I can't move out on/by that day, & such action could make it impossible to get a place anywhere, amongst other legal/financial consequences that would cripple me financially and/or otherwise.

I have exhausted ALL other avenues/possibilities (211, city/county services, affordable housing locations, etc).  NONE of them can help me due to limited resources, odd financial restrictions, physically unsafe conditions due to my MS, etc.  And of course, shelters are definitely unsafe for me (I am perfectly fine/mobile for a safe/stable roomshare environment and should remain so for a long time; I do not need any help/considerations as a roomshare tenant)..

I have less than two weeks to avoid a potentially dangerous situation.  I have exhausted all other options and have exhausted myself physically/mentally/emotionally with both desperate/futile effort and growing panic.  I DESPERATELY need to find a safe roomshare in/near San Diego to move into by 8/20. 

I can definitely afford to pay monthly rent (& electricity/water costs in addition to rent) provided it is below $1000, and I can even provide assistance around the house in addition to rent.  I am very quiet and peaceful and would NOT cause any disturbance/disruption despite my being retired and needing to be at home most of the time. 

If you can rent out space to me (bedroom, garage space, etc) for me to start living in by 8/20, PLEASE contact me ASAP!!!  Thank you very much for your time in reading, Richard
