Hello! My name is Nina. I'm 24, and looking for a room in the Boston/Dorchester area. I am working in DTX and would like to pursue education at UMass, so Red Line or East/North Green Line accessibility is preferred.
My ideal rent would be <$1000 but I'm willing to go up to $1100 depending on specifics. I am looking for a lease from at least 9/1 to 8/31/27, however my current lease ends 8/27 so early access would be wonderful.
My preferred household would be female-only or with mixed LBGT+ roommates.

About me:
This will be my 4th year living in Boston and am still working on getting myself out there. I consider myself queer on all fronts as well as largely alternative.
I generally keep myself entertained. I don't have guests very often, but I really value connecting with others and hanging out. I can be a little noisy at times, I love to sing and dance and have the capacity to chatter, so it'd be great to have roommates who like to play around. But if you're the quieter type, I'm also pretty used to keeping to myself.
