My names Gavin and I’m currently looking to rent a room or a shared apartment. Here’s a little about me and what you can expect from me as a roommate.

I’m a considerate and respectful individual, especially when it comes to noise levels. I don’t engage in activities that tend to be loud, like playing video games or talking on the phone. Maintaining a peaceful environment is important to me, as I value mutual respect and understanding.

Socially, I’m quite reserved. I rarely have guests over at my current place, and I don’t foresee that changing much. Most of the time, I’m with my girlfriend, except when she’s busy with school or work.

I take pride in holding a good reputation and treating others with kindness and respect. I’m committed to being respectful toward your home and any house rules you have. If I wish to invite someone over, I’ll always check with you first to ensure you’re comfortable with it. After all, it’s your home, and I want to be as accommodating as possible.

My Work Schedule

I have an early work schedule, waking up between 3:30 am and 4:30 am and going to sleep around 8 pm to 10 pm. I ensure that my activities during these hours are as quiet as possible to maintain a peaceful environment.

Cleaning Habits

I like to keep my living space clean and tidy. I believe in maintaining a clean environment, and I regularly clean up after myself. Whether it’s doing dishes, vacuuming, or organizing areas, I take responsibility for my share of the chores and am always willing to pitch in. I’m open to a cleaning schedule if that’s preferred, to ensure everything stays in order.

I understand that as a renter, having a room is my primary expectation, and any additional privileges are entirely up to your discretion. I’m open to any house rules and will always prioritize your comfort and peace of mind.
