Looking for a room for my toddler and I

Hello!

I’m a full time student and single mother.

Looking for a room, ideally with a private bathroom for me and my toddler. Private bathroom and washing machine would be nice but not a must. I do really need internet though so I can study at night.

I’m usually not home, and when I’m home I’m studying and hanging out with my son, and when I’m not studying, I’m stress-cleaning lol. I mostly just keep to myself but I’m friendly :)

My toddler could be a little noisy throughout the day but he sleeps well.

I prefer roomies who don’t smoke but if you do it’s okay as long as it’s outside or on a balcony so it doesn’t affect us, since I do have asthma.

I’m never going to have overnight guest since I barely have time for anything anyway lol.

I’m pretty flexible and easy to talk to, very strong believer of communication and can take criticism :)

Also! Prefer to live with women of any age
