Quiet, Healthy, Grandmother Needs Housing

Hello, I made a promise to my grandchildren to live close to them in Short Hills, New Jersey and I would like very much to fulfill it. Many years ago, my husband and I owned a home in Westfield. We moved to California, divorced, and now I want to move closer to my son and grandchildren.
I am quiet, a non-smoker, and a writer. I am respectful and kind. I have shared housing with others over the years and can provide great references.
I am healthy, and interested in staying mobile and positive.
I walk everyday and have no health issues.
I believe in looking for the best in people and situations. I am spiritual but not religious. I would be grateful to live in an ADU, cottage, or room with access to bathroom and kitchen.
Currently, I am living on Social Security. I am happy to negotiate some exchange for work. I have extensive experience as a pet and house sitter and great references as well.
I'm easy to get along with, cognizant of environmental concerns, and would love to contribute positive energy to a home.
Please help me keep my promise to my grandchildren.
