Seeking a Room to Rent

I’m a dedicated hospitality professional and small business owner. I currently work at the Waldorf Astoria as a Maitre’d and I design and operate my own jewelry line as well. So, if accessorizing is your thing and vibe, you can expect to get things from me regularly.

As a roommate, I prioritize space, respect, and cleanliness in all shared spaces (especially coming into a space that was not initially my own). I am an introverted extrovert. So if I’m not at work, more often than not, I will be utilizing my down time at home to recharge and focus on my business. However, I’m always open to socialize. And, if there’s a reason to kiki and celebrate, I’m definitely in!

My landlord sold the place I currently live in. I have to leave by the 30th. But I’m available to move in as soon as tomorrow.. even if that means I’ll have to pay a half/quarter of the rent if I move in before then. I’d prefer to stay in Midwood/Flatbush. However, I’m open to any area that isn’t too far from civilization.
