Cheerful, young at heart lady...

Hello everyone! In search of a drama free, safe haven to rent a room in an owner occupied home only. People would describe me as quiet, respectful, honest, compassionate and a lovely friend to have. I have my own vehicle, steady income (retired, but look younger than my age) and great references. I can fit into any environment or household age group but prefer peaceful, positive surroundings. I don't do loud music, don't smoke, don't drink, don't do drugs, and don't have a criminal record. Not many like me out there. Through no fault of my own, I had to move out of a very peaceful home a few years ago and all my landlords since have not worked out for me. I keep running into people who consume my entire life, make everything all about them, they want to control and use my goodness for their own benefit and care nothing about me as a human being. I am tired of being taken advantage of, I just want a room to rent to escape into and mind my own business, watch my movies, read and listen to my music (I do use my headphones for both so you'll never hear a sound coming from my room). I give the other tenants lots of privacy but am social as well when someone wishes for my company. I never bring friends or family to the house, I go visit them instead. I treat others how I wish to be treated. I seriously need a break, someone who is more interested in having the best roommate of their life and not be all consumed with trying to rent out their spare room for the highest rent possible. I currently live with someone who is wheelchair bound and have helped take care of them and their pets and household but their personal needs are now beyond my capabilities. They will most likely be needing to sell their home and enter a facility with around the clock care. I must move on before that happens as I can't remain living here and constantly stressing over it. My apology for the long description but I truly want to give others as much info as possible so you can make an informed decision before responding to my ad.
