Room in LA (Westchester/Culver City) or Long Beach

I am an empty nester, lover of everything cultural and spiritual and also happen to be a digital nomad that needs to be grounded for a year to recover from an injury. No where near a home body but love cooking and maintaining a clean home. Im learning two languages (Spanish & Portuguese from Portugal) and work 100% remote so i have a lot of computer time in a day. So i like to balance it with dance, yoga, gym, paddleboarding and farmers markets. My love languages are matcha lattes and neo soul music. Im just searching since an ideal move in date isnt until the summer but open to chatting to see if we are a good roommate fit. (No preference on gender or sexuality) just bring the good vibes and ill match it. May move sooner if it's the right fit but I'm not in a rush.
