About Us

Hi! We’re Terry and Tamika, a married couple looking for a clean, safe, and peaceful room to rent on either a weekly or monthly basis while we transition into permanent housing.

We’re respectful, quiet, clean, and responsible, and we take pride in being considerate housemates. Terry is hardworking, and I am a Certified Pharmacy Technician currently interviewing for hospital positions while continuing my education in healthcare and AI.

We have two friendly, well-behaved dogs who are house-trained and crate-trained. They’re an important part of our family, and we’re responsible pet owners who always keep them supervised, clean up after them, and ensure they respect the home.

We’re simply looking for a comfortable place to call home while we continue working toward our next chapter. We value honesty, communication, and treating any home we live in with the same care and respect as if it were our own.
