Room wanted in New York

Hi! 👋 I’m 23, originally from Italy and Ireland, and recently moved to NYC to work in architecture. I’m looking for a place starting February (with some flexibility) and my budget is $1500–1800/month, utilities included.

I’d ideally like to live with other females 21+ who are tidy, respectful, and positive. I’m clean and value privacy but also enjoy socializing. 🌷 During the week, I’m usually low-key (dinner + recharge in my room), but on weekends I love a balance of workouts, errands, brunch/dinner, exploring the city, shopping, or drinks.

I do have a boyfriend, but I usually go to his place so he wouldn’t be over much. If he ever does visit, I’d give you a heads up, and I’d expect the same courtesy in return!

Preferences for a room/apt:
• Easy connection to G, M, J subways (ideally near the L or 7)
• Private bathroom
• No more than 2 roommates
• In-unit laundry
• Studio also welcome
