Looking for a Female Roommate to Split a 2/2 Apartment

I’m looking for a reliable female roommate to go half on a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. You must be consistent with rent and bills punctuality is important to me.

I do have an emotional support animal (well behaved dog), so being okay with dogs is a must. I’m very quiet, clean, and tend to keep to myself, and I’d prefer someone who is also respectful, low key, and considerate when it comes to sharing a living space.

I’m currently searching for the right apartment, so this would be a team effort in finding the place together. Ideally looking to move soon.
