Roommate wanted

Looking for a roommate to move in new home within the next 60 days. I am looking at 4-5 bedroom homes within $2400-$3200 price range in the Collin county area (Prosper, Mckinney, Celina and Anna). All homes I'm looking at have a 2 car garage, backyard, washer and dryer, office room and/or game room. Most are in gated communities and all have really nice amenities in the neighborhood. .

Looking for a female roommate above the age of 25. Open to male roommates if you are never home lol or if you travel for work.

Roommate will pay $1000 a month (utilities included unless you also work from home). If you work from home an additional $250 will need to be paid for utilities, You will have own private room and bathroom. If you need an extra room additional room will be $700. One parking spot in garage.

I am also open to another single mother with one child shared room price- $1400 a month (utilities included). 2 rooms $1700 (utilities includes)

I will be providing all furniture needed for home, except the room(s) you will rent.

About me: I am a bit of an introvert. I genuinely enjoy cleaning and cooking. I am a professional who works from home. Single and not dating. No guest will be present except when my son comes to visit for the holidays. I'm very spiritual, super girly, I enjoy make up, doing my hair, fashion and hello kitty. My daughter is very well mannered and mild tempered.

Simple Rules: No smokers, no guest in shared spaces or stay over guest. Must be clean and have a stable source of income.

Terms:
*$500 deposit required single roommate/Single mom with 1 child *800 deposit (Deposit can be paid upfront or in 2 separate payments with first two months rent if needed)
*12 month lease
