About me:
I’m a 31-year-old filmmaker. I’m a relaxed, considerate person, and like to make others happy and comfortable. I've lived in NYC for two years.

I like to get out of the house often, but when at home I’m quiet and respectful and enjoy having friends over occasionally to cook, share a glass of wine, and watch movies. Having a clean space is very important to me and I’ve always been the cleanest amongst my roommates.

My ideal roommates would be clean and communicative. I would love to be friends, but am happy to just coexist as friendly roommates.

My ideal apartment would be filled with sunlight and not too loud.

I have a high credit score and can provide an enthusiastic reference from my previous landlady. My financial situation is quite stable.

Looking to move in August 8 or later. A short term sublet is great, but I'm also open to a longer term lease if everything is a good fit.
