Room needed from March 2027

Hello,

I’m looking for a room starting in March 2027. I’m currently in Las Vegas and planning to relocate to Boise to be closer to my daughter. I’m posting early because I like to plan ahead.

A little about me: I’m a 57-year-old U. S. citizen (originally from France). I’m quiet, clean, and respectful, and I work from home. I’m a non-smoker, financially stable, and have no criminal record. In the 10 years I’ve lived in the U. S., I’ve never paid rent late or been evicted.

What I’m looking for:

A quiet room in a home, studio, or casita (I prefer renting from one owner).
Private bathroom, ideally with a private entrance.
Enough space in the room for a desk.
Walking distance to a grocery store or restaurants (I eat out often).
A parking space for my car.
Flexible month-to-month terms.

I’m happy to stay long-term if it’s a good fit.
I’m open to different areas as long as the place meets these needs. Happy to provide references and answer any questions.
