I am an unretired professional who works days at LAX for a major airline. I am available to move when I find the right place closer to LAX like north Torrance area off Hawthorne not far the Galleria where I previously lived for several years. I have a budget of $1300-$1500/month for an unfurnished room. I am looking for a ground floor private room with ample parking on the street especially when I come late. I am extremely quiet and neat and keep to myself once home. I work in a loud, fast-paced, high-stress environment, so I prefer the opposite when I’m home. I would like to share a house, townhome or condo with mature, equally respectful females ideally between 38 and 83 years old in a very safe, quiet neighborhood.
