I'm a single mom, 1 in college other about to graduate in a year. My boys are taken care of. I have an 11 yr old son who visits some evenings and weekends. I down sized from a house to an apartment recently. My current roommate is moving back home and can confirm my 11 yr old son is well behaved. I am looking and prefer to stay in Northwest Austin, ideally RR620 and 183. I can do Cedar Park, Leander, or Round Rock if the price is right. My budget can vary depending on location.
