Room wanted in NYC

42 y/o single living in NYC - born and raised in Connecticut. Been living and working in NYC for the past 10 plus years - for the past 5 years I have been successfully working in the health/ fitness/wellness industry as a group fitness instructor and gym manager.

I am currently in search of a room to rent in NYC starting Jan. 1st 2026 -

I am a pretty low key guy that works a lot - not much of a social life as I spend the majority of my down time reading, going to bed early, love movie nights after a long day and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

I’m a trustworthy, respectful, and sober gay male - it is always a priority of mine to leave every place I visit weather it’s a coffee shop or a fitness studio or a friends apartment looking better than the way I found it because that’s the way I was raised and I would also want people to do the same for me if it was my space they were in.

I am energetically driven, taking on tasks with a problem solver mentality - enthusiastic and passionate about life. I am an advocate for positivity and optimism and I believe that energy is contagious. 

I’m big on self care and wellness and I do my best to be my best every day in all areas of my life - no matter the situation or the circumstance -

I enjoy new experiences and new people, true connection with others, and making friends everywhere I go. I Pride myself on my ability to connect with people from all walks of life bc at the end of the day we all have a lot more in common with each other than we would think. Finding it the most beneficial when I go outside of my comfort zone, challenge myself, and am willing and able to accomplish new things. I see every situation, interaction, task, or obstacle as an opportunity to learn and grow as a human being - professionally and personally.

Looking for potential roommate / roommates - preferably fitness and health oriented - sober and gay - around my age - professional - trustworthy - honest - friendly - outgoing- chill - has a good work life balance - likes to laugh. Kind. Respectful - open to everyone as long as you are a good person and know how to act like a decent and overall positive and good human being.
