Creative Pro Seeking Peaceful Home

Hi! I’m Susan, a 55-year-old creative professional originally from Florida and now living in Brooklyn. I work remotely from home, run my own jewelry and lifestyle brand, AVILA, and also lead wholesale sales for an activewear company.

I’m looking for a peaceful home to share with one like-minded roommate. I’m not looking for a party house or a place with multiple roommates. I really value a calm, respectful home where everyone enjoys their own space but is friendly and considerate.

Ideally, there would be two available bedrooms so I could use one as a dedicated office, since I work from home full time. If not, I’m open to creative setups that allow for a comfortable workspace.

I have a sweet, well-behaved cat named Thor, who is part of the package.

Outside of work, I love art, design, live music, yoga, exploring the city, and discovering great coffee shops. I live a healthy lifestyle, rarely drink, and enjoy going out from time to time, but home is my sanctuary.

I’m specifically looking for a non-smoking home, as that’s important for my health and quality of life. Cleanliness, communication, and mutual respect are important to me.

My college-age daughter visits occasionally, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with respectful family visits every now and then.
