Looking for a good fit

Looking for a private room to rent with a professional and share a great home and live in a “relaxed atmosphere”. I consider home a sanctuary where we can come home to and chill and relax.

I am a professional who has worked in the same industry for over 20 years: work M-F 7:30-4:30 (mostly remote). I am responsible, respectful, trustworthy, down-to-earth, clean (pick up after myself), open-minded, fun and a friendly guy. I am chill, relaxed and easy to live with. I try to live a healthy life. I am a former athlete who continues being active by working out (lift), doing hot yoga, riding my bike, etc… I normally eat healthy, but I also enjoy all kinds of food every now and then. Non-smoker. I drink a couple of glasses of wine/beer occasionally. I enjoy watching all kinds of shows, movies, documentaries, Olympics, listening to music, going to movies, happy hour, spending quality time out with friends/family. Not so much into the bar scene. I also like to travel. I like to socialize, but I equally like my alone/quiet time. Having some kind of good relationship/connection and communication with the roomie is a plus.

My main goal is to find a good fit; therefore, I am actively searching and will be chatting and meeting with potential roommate(s) and, if possible, to secure a good place. My move-in date is mid to the end of June.

Ideal spot: besides a great roommate, a private room with own bathroom, a small living space for my desk, and garage spot. However, I’m also open to two or, maybe, more roommates and am open to mostly any location depending on the living situation, but I would prefer staying anywhere south of i70 (maybe a little north).
