Hi, I’m Ben (20). My friend Marcus (22) and I are looking for someone to team up with to find an apartment in NYC. We currently live in Bushwick, next to the Flushing Ave subway station (J and M trains - 3 stops from the Lower East Side). Our apartment has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, and 2 of the rooms will be available starting February. We’re considering re-renting it, but we’re also open to finding something new.
We’re looking for clean, respectful people around our age. It’s important to us that we get along well with our roommates, since it makes communication easier and living together more enjoyable.
