Let’s find a high-end apartment together!

Hi! I’m looking for a lovely roommate(s) to apartment hunt with and find a beautiful high-end apartment together in NYC.

I am flexible with timing, so I’d love to take the time to find the right person or people and the right place! Ideally, I’m looking at luxury buildings (or places with character!) with a total rent budget up to 12k a month to share. So 2.5-4k each, possibly, if there are two or three of us!

In regards to location: I’m mostly looking anywhere near the 7 train, or near the E, F, or R lines - LIC, Hunters Point, Queens or Manhattan

A little about me: I’m 25, v clean, friendly, energetic and work in social media/content creation. I occasionally record content at home, so I’d love to live with someone who is comfortable with that, but I’m very respectful of shared spaces and noise!

My fiancé and I also have a place on Long Island, so he would only be around 1-2 nights a week, and I usually spend many weekends there too.

I’d love to find someone kind, clean, easygoing, and excited to create a beautiful home together for the year.
