Working in el cajon

hey! currently searching the el cajon area for a place to live. Looking for somewhere with either a parking space or off street parking.

I'm an omnist which means I see truth in everything but don't subscribe to one religion. I would like a roommate who is generally the same and I also would like to live somewhere that I can cook daily. I'm not really noisy unless I talk with others or i'm watching kpop related stuff. I'd like to become friends but if not at least be cordial and communicate well. I try to have a schedule regarding washing clothes I try to wash once a week if I can.
I dont Mind others who smoke cannabis. I smoke from time to time as well. Im an outside smoker.
I love music and pets, I don't have a pet but don't mind someone who has them. I'm usually always cold and I generally wind down at about 10pm. currently doing self study on a myriad of topics. i'm a yapper but
can read the room lol.
