Hey, y’all. My name is Angel, and I am a working, full-time college student at Cal Poly Pomona.

I am urgently looking to rent a private room shortly before the start of the fall semester. I would prefer to have my own bathroom, but I am open to sharing it if necessary. My primary requirement is the ability to invite overnight guests. I don’t have many friends or family in the SoCal area, so I don’t invite people over often. However, I would appreciate having the flexibility to do so when the opportunity arises. Especially my partner since he lives in SoCal as well and come spend time with me on some occasions. I am firm about advance notices, and I look after my guests, so you can be assured that there will be no issues with me.
