Looking for Furnished Room in Santa Monica/Venice

Hello! I’m Ivan, as Italian as it gets, 35 y/o. I'm looking for a place in Santa Monica or nearby (slight preference in the Wilshere-Montana area).

Ideally a month to month deal. Budget is 1500 USD and I’m looking for a FURNISHED (VERY IMPORTANT) private room (and private bathroom if possible definitely a plus) in a HOUSE/TOWNHOUSE with one or more roommates for AUGUST 1st OR LATER.
Roommates can be either male or female (lived with both in the past).

Needs to be in SANTA MONCIA/VENICE OR CLOSE PROXIMITY (THE CLOSER TO THE OCEAN THE BETTER) as I am attending Santa Monica College.
Room and house MUST BE furnished, in unit laundry, kitchen supplies, PEACE OF MIND FOR PARKING and storage for bike, luggage, camping gear etc.

I don't mind any pets as long as they're small dogs or cats. Big dogs on couches didn't work for me in the past, sorry.

A bit about me: Two degrees from two different continents in Humanities and Journalism, here with a F1 student visa, sport is my life (former pro waterpolo player - still play), movies, tv and music (addicted). I love the outdoors, the ocean, nature and wildlife. On weekends you'll find me first watching sports (mostly football - or soccer - as you call it), then playing some other sports and generally spending time outside.

Born and raised in Italy and lived and worked in Vancouver, BC since 2019 to 2024. I've spent time in LA before so I know the city/metro area.

I’m extremely tidy, pretty chill and friendly, I like to chat a lot and I am Looking for a place to call home and roommates who can become friends! Clear communication is at the base of everything. I like to keep my room and common areas clean and pleasant.

I'm no maniac in that sense, but commons spaces and kitchen in order are a must. No big deal if you forget a couple plates from the night before but in general, TIDY AND CLEAN HOUSE/COMMON SPACES.
I don't drink nor smoke.

The houses I've lived in the past years were welcoming places, so I'm used to throw a dinner or two every month, not parties, but long dinners for sure. As an Italian, you can imagine, bonding over food is a classic! That also means that every now and then I could cook for the house crew!
That also means there has to be some sort of arrangement for guests.
