Need room today dv survivor single mom 14 yr old

Hi there,
I’m looking for a room or two for me and my daughter and our spayed female cat.

My current roommate asked me to move out by Feb 10
He has been making our lives miserable the last 3 weeks. He has shut off the utilities in the house.
He ripped off part of the inside of my door frame while I was gone at work.
He unplugged the WiFi and took the modem.
He keeps moving my things around in the kitchen into the dining area.

I’m not comfortable or feel safe living here.

I was hoping to find a platonic male roommate. I’m honestly scared to leave my daughter and my cat here alone.

I need a drama free environment where I’m not being constantly threatened and dealing with passive aggressive behavior from a narcissist.

I keep to myself and work and go to the gym.
I’m a calm, kind and respectful person.
